Members of Atlantic Chambers are available to assist with Police Law matters, this entails all non-criminal aspects of police law, including civil trials (with or without a jury) for unlawful detention, false imprisonment, assault/battery, misfeasance in public office, malicious prosecution and negligence; misconduct and disciplinary matters; personal injury claims involving police officers; inquests and inquiries; judicial review and operational policing policy.
