Following the completion of her pupillage, Ellie has joined Atlantic Chambers as a probationary tenant.
During pupillage, Ellie gained experience in a wide range of commercial and chancery matters up to and including the High Court. Ellie has undertaken work in both the County and High Court, including trials, applications, appeals, directions hearings, and CCMC’s.
Prior to pupillage Ellie worked as an assistant at a Chambers which involved a variety of drafting, shadowing, and researching. Ellie also had pro-bono experience on a miscarriage of justice clinic and a street law team.
Ellie obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Law at Lancaster University and a scholarship to study the BTC Course at BPP University in Manchester. Ellie achieved a Very Competent in the BTC Course combined with a Distinction in a Masters in Legal Practice.
Ellie is a friendly and approachable member of Chambers who is developing a busy practice.
