Ellie joined Atlantic Chambers as a tenant in December 2024 following the successful completion of her probationary tenancy.
Ellie has experience in a wide array of commercial, chancery, and insolvency matters. Ellie has undertaken work in both the County and High Court, including trials, applications, appeals, directions hearings, and CCMC’s.
Prior to undertaking a chancery and commercial pupillage, Ellie worked as an assistant at a Chambers which involved a variety of drafting, shadowing, and researching. Ellie also had pro-bono experience on a miscarriage of justice clinic and a street law team.
Ellie obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Law at Lancaster University and a scholarship to study the BTC Course at BPP University in Manchester. Ellie achieved a Very Competent in the BTC Course combined with a Distinction in a Masters in Legal Practice.
Ellie is a friendly and approachable member of Chambers who strives for excellence in all tasks whilst developing a busy practice.
