Olivia transferred to the Bar in 2007 having previously practised as a solicitor and solicitor-advocate, both in the UK and Australia.
She offers regular workshop sessions, and provides CPD courses.
Olivia is aware of the time restraints imposed upon solicitors and is happy to agree a 7 day turnaround upon request, or sooner if required.
Olivia is available through the Bar Direct public access scheme, and regularly travels nationwide.

Olivia specialises in all aspects of Civil Litigation acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
She is regularly instructed in personal injury claims, contractual disputes, Consumer Credit, debt recovery, building work disputes, personal injury and motoring disputes.
She also specialises in procedural issues, costs disputes and recovery, and has the benefit of her previous experience as a solicitor in respect of the same.
Olivia has particular knowledge and expertise in credit hire cases, and specialises in cases involving enforceability and regulatory issues.
Her cases of interest include Accident Exchange Ltd -v- Autofocus Ltd and Chen Wei -v- Cambridge Power & Light Ltd.
Olivia also specialises in defending historical abuse claims made against local authorities, charities and ecclesiastical organisations. Such claims include failure to take into care, sexual abuse and alleged breaches of the Human Rights Act 1998
