George graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Law, having spent a year abroad studying at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He completed the BPC at the University of Law in London and graduated with a Very Competent grade.

Prior to commencing pupillage George worked as a family law paralegal in Liverpool and in London. He worked on a vast variety of public and private law cases, including HNW divorces and several cases heard in the Family Division of the High Court.
