Samuel completed pupillage in 2022 under the supervision of Charles Prior.

Much of his current work deals with claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents, including Credit Hire, as well as more general claims for Personal Injury.  He is also experienced in both Public Liability and Employers’ Liability claims.

Samuel’s practice includes Stage 3 / disposal hearings, infant approval hearings, interim applications, regular Small Claims Track and Fast Track trials, and costs and case management conferences.

Samuel also deals with a number of civil matters for the Police.  He has represented the Police in both the Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court, for a variety of civil applications, including Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, Stalking Protection Orders, Anti-Social behaviour injunctions, applications to amend police bail, and proceeds of crime.

Samuel accepts instructions to provide written advices, including advices on quantum in infant approval hearings, as well as statements of case and schedules of loss.
