Join us for a free family seminar on September 12th where Gareth Thomas will be presenting a talk which will deal with the issue of how the various forms of gross misconduct may affect the outcome of proceedings.

The talk will also deal with litigation misconduct and its relevance to costs. Recent case law will be discussed.

The event is free to attend on Teams and will last approximately 1 hour.
