Atlantic Chambers in conjunction with the Forensic Testing Service will host this seminar led by Paul Hunter, an expert witness with more than 25 years’ experience in the use of drugs testing in family and civil court proceedings.
Paul will focus on the latest research and how the use of cut-off levels to provide a simple “positive” or “negative” based test result, could be inappropriate for many care cases and legal proceedings. He will also share how many environmental factors can affect results on these types of tests.
Paul’s objectives are to ensure Family practitioners are up to date with the latest research and are well informed should you be in a position of challenging hair testing results in court.
The event will be held in Chambers and people should email julie@atlanticchambers.co.uk to reserve a space.
