Trusts and Insolvency Conference

This talk considered the relevance of the proprietary theory/obligation theory in relation to the operation of trusts law in practice in relation not only to insolvency but private trusts generally and to what extent legal theory generally can or cannot shed light on underlying questions of trusts law in practice generally and also the use of Quistclose trust in insolvency cases.
