Instructed by James Murray Solicitors and led by Karl Rowley KC of St John’s Buildings Barristers’​ Chambers, we appeared in the Court of Appeal earlier this month in which we represented the Respondent Mother in F and B (Fact-Finding: Gonorrhoea) [2025] EWCA Civ 340. The appeal, from a Finding of Fact hearing before HHJ Greensmith (reported as Liverpool City Council v M, F, children and P [2024] EWFC 318 (B)), was allowed with the matter being remitted for re-hearing.
